In this role you will:

Clinical Pharmacy Service Delivery -

Participate in delivering a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to inpatient units.

Inpatient and Community Support -

Provide a comprehensive clinical pharmacy service to inpatient wards and community mental health teams, ensuring alignment with Trust policies, procedures, and standards.

Patient-Focused Care -

Support patients in maximizing the benefits of their medications by conducting medicine-related consultations with patients and carers, involving them in treatment decisions, and improving satisfaction with the information they receive.

What you'll need and be able to provide evidence for:

- You must be Fully Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

- Preferred Member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society or Member / associate member of the CMHP

- You must hold a relevant qualification and experience for the band you are applying for
