Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Bedminster.


This community pharmacy is in a thriving community area, close to shops with good transport links. It has a good relationship with the GP surgery. It will suit a pharmacist who is looking for a strong community based role.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 2700 items a week, It provides all services including pharmacy first. It provides services to substance misuse patients. It dispenses 60 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open

9am

until

6pm

, Monday - Friday and 9am-12pm Saturday

. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of one full time team lead, on full time pharmacy assistant, one part time pharmacy assistant and one part time trainee.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
