A New Way to Work in Community Pharmacy

Are you ready to step away from the endless dispensing treadmill and into a role that lets you practise as a true clinical pharmacist?

Mayberry Pharmacy has been a leader in innovation for almost 30 years -- from introducing the UK's first Hub & Spoke dispensing model, to creating

eCASS

(the first cascade buying system for pharmacies), and now launching

PharmacyX

, a revolutionary PMR that transforms the way community pharmacy operates.

What Makes This Role Different

We've invested heavily in technology and workflow so that:

You're freed from repetitive clinical checks -- our intelligent system learns your decisions. Dispensing errors are reduced through full barcode scanning. Administrative burdens are stripped away, so you can focus on

patient care, clinical services, and professional satisfaction.

You'll work in a positive, forward-thinking environment that values innovation, autonomy, and teamwork.
As a

service-focused pharmacist

, you'll spend most of your time delivering and developing clinical services -- not stuck in the dispensary.

Independent Prescribing

We're especially keen to hear from

Independent Prescribers

(IPs) or those currently training, as our service portfolio increasingly centres around prescribing-based care.
If you're not yet an IP but keen to qualify, we'll actively

support your development

through mentorship, funded training, and real-world clinical experience.

What You'll Get

61,500 - 67,000 basic salary

, depending on experience and IP status

Performance-related bonus

based on clinical service delivery

No weekend working

Support and funding

for IP training (if not already qualified) Ongoing clinical and leadership development within an award-winning independent group A working environment built around innovation, wellbeing, and professional growth
To give you an idea of the difference of working in a Mayberry Pharmacy here's a comment posted by a pharmacist who is using our software in their own pharmacy.

Hi All, just wanted to say that if you are looking for a new PMR system to consider PharmacyX from @?Paul Mayberry? We changed from another PMR where we were struggling and are now flying. Record month last month in script figures and because it's a Golden Tote type system the scripts are dispensed quickly and efficiently as the stock comes in. Staff like the system and honestly never had a happier team. It's freed me up to do services and I'm finally getting round to jobs I haven't been able to find time for. I'm now available to do IP in a busy pharmacy I'm not on commission in any way to recommend it, but the difference between the pharmacy in the summer and now is night and day. I just thought that if any of you are struggling like I was then it's worth a look. Even my wife is surprised that I'm going home happy!

With a network of award-winning community pharmacies across South Wales,

Mayberry Pharmacy

is shaping the future of the profession -- creating roles that bring pharmacists closer to patients, not paperwork.
