IP Pharmacist at Crwys Pharmacy
We are looking for a
Regular Independent Prescribing (IP) Pharmacist
to join our growing team atCrwys Pharmacy
, Cardiff. The ideal candidate will be confident in deliveringNHS Wales clinical services
(including CAS and Independent Prescribing) as well as private services and be actively involved as part of a forward-thinking, patient-centred pharmacy team.Requirements:
At least 2 years UK community pharmacy experience Must be patient centred and able to manage workload effectively Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement Experience tutoring Student and foundation trainees as DS/DPP (Preferable) Use of Titan PMR (Preferable) Experience providing services including CAS, IP
