About us and the opportunity

Assured Pharmacy is a UK-regulated online pharmacy focused on clinically led care for weight management, men's health and hair loss. This is an early-career clinical role where you will speak with patients by phone and video, learn a great deal about GLP-1s and other medicines, and work closely with our pharmacist and prescribing teams. It is different to a busy community counter role, and different to a hospital ward role. Your focus is quality conversations, safe decisions and clear documentation in a supportive, structured setting.

. Work is desk-based with scheduled calls and clinical checking. Clear SOPs so you always know what good looks like.
What the role is not

Not a high-street counter position with walk-in customers. No hospital ward rounds. Work is structured reviews with defined escalation routes.
Core of the role, both variants

Run new-customer clinical reviews and scheduled three-monthly check-ins by

phone and video

.

Clinical checking

for GLP-1s, ED and hair-loss treatments against SOPs and prescribing protocols. Flag issues and escalate appropriately. Gather and document clinical information so prescribing pharmacists can make safe, clinically sound decisions. Work closely with our pharmacist and prescribing teams. Complete training and SOP sign-off milestones. Communication standards: articulate, well-spoken and professional on calls and video.

Option A: In-Pharmacy Clinical Reviews Pharmacist, 39,000

Deliver the core duties on site and support the pharmacy as needed.

Availability to act as

Responsible Pharmacist

when rostered.

Accuracy checking

of orders ready for dispatch.

Ad-hoc dispensary support

during peaks and shortages.

Support the pharmacy across duties as directed by the Superintendent Pharmacist.

Option B: Fully Remote Clinical Reviews Pharmacist, 35,000

Deliver the core duties from home under remote-working SOPs.

Reviews and clinical checking by phone or video only.

No RP duties

and no on-site cover. Home workspace standards: quiet, private area with neutral backdrop and stable broadband.

All tech provided by us.

Team connection: attend the pharmacy in Wilmslow

two days per month

for training, onboarding and team time. Days can be flexible by agreement.
Requirements

GPhC-registered Pharmacist at start date.

New graduates and 0-1 year experience welcome.

Articulate communicator with strong telephone manner and professional video presence.

Smart attire for video consultations.

Comfortable with electronic records and video platforms. Strong IT skills. In-Pharmacy: able to commute to

Wilmslow, Cheshire

and undertake RP sessions when rostered. Remote: able to attend site two days per month and maintain a compliant home workspace. Right to work in the UK.
