Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Congleton.


This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns and cities and is located on a high street opposite the GP surgery its building a relationship with.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It provides a wide range of services including pharmacy first, NMS, blood pressure, ABPM and weight management service. It dispenses 1800 items per week It provides services to 15 substance misuse patients. It dispenses 120 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open

Monday - Friday 8.45am - 6.30pm

The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a team leader and 4 pharmacy assistants.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
