The ideal candidate should:
Demonstrate a strong passion for community pharmacy and actively support its growth. Exhibit excellent leadership skills, managing the branch efficiently, including dispensing, accuracy checks, and clinical service delivery. Build and maintain strong relationships with the team, patients, GP surgeries, and other healthcare professionals. Lead a professional and highly productive team. Consistently meet company targets, manage staff effectively, and prioritise patient safety. Mentor and support team members, fostering their professional growth.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
