Borders Pharmacy in Hawick have an exciting opening for a base pharmacist to work alongside an experienced GpHC registered non-pharmacist manager and supportive dispensary team. This position offers the opportunity for a forward-thinking, proactive pharmacist to join our team. The right candidate will be highly motivated by the challenge of continuing the growth of the pharmacy business and embracing changes to the pharmacy contract. They will be customer-focused and enjoy delivering services and building lasting rapport with the local community, customers and local organisations. 45 hours per week.

The successful candidate will;

Possess an MPharm degree along with a GpHC registration Have a good understanding of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract in particular the importance of NHS Pharmacy First Scotland Be commercially aware and understand how to maintain and grow a pharmacy business IP qualification would be desirable, however, full support will be given to pharmacists willing to undertake the qualification. Be professional, ethical and believe in providing outstanding patient care and customer service Be a team player who is able to build and maintain effective working relationships with both colleagues and patients Be driven to work in conjunction with the Non pharmacist manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures
