Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Heathfield.


This large community pharmacy is located on a busy high street with good public transport. It has real potential to increase it's NHS and private services. It has a good relationship with the surgery next door.


The successful candidate will be required to work 2 days per week, these are:


Monday 8:15am-6:30pm


Friday: 8:15am-6:30pm

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 8000 items a month. It provides a wide range of services including BP, ABPM, NMS, MDS, misuse, contraception, pharmacy first, flu & Covid vaccinating, weight management service. It provides services to substance misuse patients. It dispenses 30 monthly community blisters.

6:30pm

. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 1 team leader and 2 qualified pharmacy assistants.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
