```Responsibilities:```
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide appropriate medication counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use
- Review patient medical histories and current medications to identify potential drug interactions or contraindications
- Monitor patient response to medication therapy and adjust dosages as needed
- Provide education and guidance to patients on proper medication administration and potential side effects
- Maintain accurate records of medication orders, prescriptions, and inventory
- Stay up-to-date with new medications, therapies, and regulations in the field
```Requirements:```
Must have IP qualification
- Master of Pharmacy (Mpharm) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology
- Experience in medication administration,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient counseling
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals in a team environment
