A small, friendly, local pharmacy requires a Pharmacist Manager in North East Ipswich. Rushmere Pharmacy is easily commutable from Ipswich, Woodbridge, Felixstowe, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds or surrounding areas

Rushmere Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to continue to be an integral part of community life in this welcoming part of Ipswich

56,435 - 57,736

per annum plus services related bonus scheme

Very generous clinical service bonus scheme - realistic yearly bonus of around

12,000

if targets met

42 hours per week (negotiable - 3 day week or 4 day week plus Saturday rota options available)

Working only alternate Saturday mornings

5 weeks holiday per annum plus bank holidays

Pharmacy open hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm (closed for lunch from 1.15pm - 1.45pm) Sat open 9am - 1pm

Closed Sundays

Independent Pharmacy with regular help available from Superintendent Pharmacist

Well supported by Dispensary Manager; Dispensary and Counter Assistants

Dispensary Manager in process of completing Accuracy Checking Dispensary Assistant's course

The pharmacy offers all these NHS services, and the successful candidate will be expected to continue to provide:

o New Medicine Service

o Flu Vaccination

o COVID-19 Vaccination

o Hypertension Case Finding Service

o Pharmacy First

o Discharge Medicine Service

o Contraceptive Service

The pharmacy offers the following private services, and the successful candidate will be expected to continue all these services after suitable training:

o Travel Vaccine and medication service

o Other vaccines (chicken pox, shingles etc.)

o Weight management clinic (Wegovy & Monjaro)

o Flu Vaccinations

Newly qualified or inexperienced pharmacists considered.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: 56,435.00-57,736.00 per year
