We are looking for a Lead Clinical Community Pharmacist for one of our pharmacies in North London.
Green Light (GL) is an independent, employee-owned group providing Community Pharmacy, GP Practice Pharmacist, Education & Training, Wholesaling and Consultancy Services.

Green Light's Clinical & Leadership Development Program

Fully funded Independent Prescribing training, on UCL's Clinically Enhanced IP course;

Qualifications & Experience for the role:
Experience:
Ideally 3 years of post-registration experience leading a pharmacy team.
Leadership:
To develop, grow and lead the pharmacy team. The ideal candidate will have completed further education in leadership, management or clinical pharmacy.
Clinical:
Green Light operates a clinically focused community pharmacy model. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of providing clinical services.
Innovation:
Green Light has been at the forefront of innovative clinical practice as well as undergraduate & postgraduate teaching in community pharmacy for over 20 years and delivers a wide range of clinical services. We would like our next Lead Community Pharmacist to build on this innovative practice.

Salary:
Basic salary + performance bonus scheme of
57,166 - 60,342
pro-rata depending on if working 45 or 47.5 hours per week. In addition, there are share ownership, dividend income and co-ownership package benefits.
Green Light is an employee-owned company and we offer an HMRC approved co-ownership package for ongoing wealth creation and share ownership with share dividend income - this added benefit is in addition to - and on top of - the stated salary package.
