Pharmacist

to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful impact by ensuring the highest standards of pharmaceutical care, precision compounding, quality and patient support.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations--collaborating with clinicians, overseeing the compounding process, and helping shape the future of personalised medicine in an innovative, fast-growing, patient-focused environment.

Responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting prescriptions and determining the appropriate ingredients, strengths, and dosage forms for each compounded medication Conducting clinical and accuracy checks on prescriptions. Checking the quality and purity of compounded products. Supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy by ensuring that business needs are met. Maintaining high professional standards in line with regulatory requirements. Maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Advising customers about the use and potential side effects of medication Keeping up to date with advances in compounding techniques and regulations
Knowledge of compounding techniques and regulations and experience in a compounding pharmacy setting is desirable but not required as training will be provided.

The ideal candidate will be well-organised, detail-oriented and process-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Operational activity takes place Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30 on a full-time basis. No weekend working is required.

Salary: 45,000pa
