Job Description

Are you a patient centred pharmacist with great leadership skills? We're seeking a dedicated individual to lead our pharmacy on Wetmore Road in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire. Promoting and maintaining the efficient operation of the pharmacy and to provide a high standard of service to both dispensary and retail customers at all times.

This position will be 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30am to 6pm (30 mins for lunch)

About the role:

To manage all aspects of the pharmacy including staff and the services offered. To provide a courteous, confidential and professional service to all pharmacy customers. To delegate tasks appropriately to ensure the efficient running of the pharmacy. To ensure there is an appropriate skill-mix of staff working within the pharmacy at all times. To ensure all legal, ethical and contractual obligations are met.
