Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
Ensure safe, effective, and compliant dispensing in line with GPhC standards
Deliver and grow a range of NHS and private services, including NMS, DMS, flu and COVID vaccinations, BP checks, and more
Lead, support, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional customer service
Build strong relationships with patients, local GPs, and other healthcare professionals
Drive performance through stock control, service delivery, and business development initiatives
What We're Looking For:
GPhC-registered pharmacist eligible to work in the UK
Experience in a community pharmacy setting (ideally with previous management or leadership experience)
Strong clinical knowledge and a passion for delivering patient-centred care
Ability to lead and inspire a team
Sound understanding of NHS pharmacy services and community health needs
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
