We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and interested in expanding our range of NHS and private services.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with NHS regulations and standards Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to patients and healthcare professionals Manage inventory and stock levels to ensure availability of medications and supplies Develop and implement new NHS and private services, including a travel clinic and pharmacy first initiatives Train and mentor pharmacy staff to deliver outstanding customer service Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient care and outcomes Drive business growth through patient and customer engagement and service expansion initiatives

Requirements:

Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Previous experience in a managerial or leadership role within a pharmacy setting Strong knowledge of NHS regulations and services Ability to develop and implement new services and initiatives Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing exceptional patient care Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development
