About the Role: Your Pharmacy, Your Leadership

We're looking for a passionate, community-minded

Pharmacist Manager

to take clinical and operational leadership of a high-performing branch dispensing ~8,000 items/month. This is your chance to:

Salary

50,000 - 65,000 per year (DOE)

Hours

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (1hr lunch) + Sat 9am-1pm

Your Core Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership

: Drive Pharmacy First, flu, travel vax, and other commissioned services

Team Development

: Lead and mentor a stable, skilled team of dispensers and technicians

Community Engagement

: Build trusted links with GPs, PCNs, and local stakeholders

Operational Excellence

: Ensure full GPhC compliance and smooth daily operations
