We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate Pharmacist Manager to join our exciting team based in North West London.
A key role will be in developing the profitability of the pharmacy, ensuring that it takes advantage of new services offered as part of the pharmacy contract. We have an extremely strong and loyal customer base since we always go the extra mile for all our patients. It is vital that the service is maintained.
You will lead an enthusiastic team, to continue the growth and success of the services currently being provided. You will be an individual who is passionate about customer service as well as the local community. Responsibilities:
Maintain and improve the profitability of the pharmacy
Maximising the efficiency of the dispensing team ensuring effective customer service whilst keeping overheads to a minimum
Manage costs associated with the operation of the pharmacy
Overall management and responsibility of the branch including dispensing, checking and providing clinical services such as NMS.
Lead the management of a professional and productive team.
Delivery of targets, staff management and patient safety.
Setting up and maintaining a travel clinic.

The Role:
Full Time (Mon-Fri 9am - 6:30pm)
Manage the Dispensing & Professional Service activity
Lead, Mentor and Develop the pharmacy team
Champion Healthcare Initiatives & Community Engagement
Candidate Specification:
Excellent communication & time management skills
Strong Financial Management skills
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to set clear objectives and leadership to the team
delivery of dispensing services
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of the pharmacy and team
Person Specification:
All candidates wishing to apply for the role, will require a current valid GPHC registration. Ideally a minimum of 2 years management experience along with experience in dealing with MUR's & NMS services.
