We are a successful, independent family owed Pharmacy company who have recently expanded and have a great opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to work at our Pharmacy based in Robin Lane Medical Centre, Pudsey, Leeds . For over 40 years our company has been operating community Pharmacies in Yorkshire providing a caring quality service to our local communities.

As a Pharmacist Manager you will be providing excellent patient care using your expertise whilst working with other qualified team members inspiring them to deliver unrivalled pharmaceutical care services on the community.You will receive a very competitive salary .
Your responsibilities:
Accountable for legal and ethical decisions in the pharmacy
Building strong capable pharmacy teams
Conducting continual review through audit, observations and risk assessment to ensure customer and patient safety is paramount
Delivering a range of professional pharmacy services including Pharmacy First and vaccination clinics

What you need:
To be successful in this role you will have a professional, caring character and a true desire to help others. In addition you will:
Be registered with the pharmacy regulator (GPhC)
Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise
Have a passion for community pharmacy and providing the best care for our patients.
Have a passion to working collaboratively with a team-centred approach
Have knowledge of pharmacy operations and of national and local services
Role model communication skills; you will hold excellent face to face interactions to effectively meet the varied needs of customers and patients in pharmacy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience working as a Pharmacist in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of Pharmacy First
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
