Pharmacist Manager - Capsule Pharmacy, Stirling

Capsule Pharmacy in Stirling has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Pharmacist Manager to join our innovative and expanding independent group.

Our pharmacy has been a trusted part of the local community for many years and continues to grow steadily. We are looking for a forward-thinking, proactive pharmacist who is motivated by the challenge of driving business growth, embracing opportunities from the evolving Scottish pharmacy contract, and delivering outstanding patient care.

The right candidate will be customer-focused, enjoy building strong relationships with the local community, and be committed to developing new services that benefit patients.

The successful candidate will:

Be commercially aware with a strong understanding of how to maintain and grow a pharmacy business Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a passion for exceptional patient care and customer service Be a collaborative team player who can build and maintain effective working relationships with both colleagues and patients Work closely with the team to develop and implement new processes and procedures Have a good understanding of the Scottish Pharmacy Contract, particularly the importance of NHS Pharmacy First Scotland

As a Pharmacist Manager, you will receive:
