Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team.

9-5 MON-FRI (30 mins unpaid lunch)

Here at Mail My Meds we are a non patient facing pharmacy (online)

There is a non-pharmacist manager and ACA In Place.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, alongside the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing expert advice on medication management, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall health and wellbeing of patients.

Responsibilities

Check medications accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to prescriptions and safety protocols. Provide patient care by counselling individuals on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions in compliance with regulatory standards. Stay updated on new medications, therapies, and best practices in pharmacy care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing pharmacy services and patient safety.

Experience
