Raylane Pharmacy Group are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to work

across our 3 Cheltenham branches and

in our renown Cheltenham Travel Clinic.

The role will be split between the dispensary and running a private clinic. The clinic also offers private blood testing services, IP prescribing service and ear wax removal. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.

Our pharmacies operate a scan based dispensing PMR meaning accuracy check are reduced by 75%.

We offer a 10% profit share scheme which can ADD upto 25k extra for a full time equivalent salary/hours.

The working hours will be approximately 30-34 hours a week. Salary is pro rata based on FTE 40hrs listed. This includes an alternate Saturday (4hrs).

Excellent clinical, professional and managerial skills are just some of the traits we are looking for. We require an individual who is proactive, highly motivated, enthusiastic and able to drive the business forward.

You will work closely with highly experienced well staffed teams which will often comprise of ACTs and Pre-registration students to ensure the success of your role whilst always maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

The right candidate MUST have:

Experience of working in a dispensary environment.

Ability to deliver premium private health consultations.

Driven to deliver success and results as per the new pharmacy contract

Able to work with autonomy and take responsibility

Natural communicator and relationship builder

Newly qualified pharmacists considered
