Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Middlewood in Sheffield.


This community pharmacy is commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley, Rotherham and the M1 and is located in a Medical Centre not far from both the busy City Centre and the National Peak District! It has a great patient base with lots of walk-ins.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 9,000 items a month/week It provides a wide range of services including NMS, BP, APBM, Pharmacy First, contraception, tympa, weight management, flu and covid. It provides services to 4 substance misuse patients. It dispenses 30 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open

9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.

The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a brilliant and successful 4 team members including a Team Leader.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
