Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Furlong Road in Tunstall.


This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding towns/ cities and is located on next to a doctors surgery which It has a good relationship with.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It provides a wide range of services including pharmacy first, NMS, ABPM, weight management service and blood pressure. It provides services to 2 substance misuse patients and 1 care home. It dispenses 40 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 6pm and Thursday 8am-5pm.


The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two qualified pharmacy assistants/ dispensers, 1 trainee dispenser and 1 dispenser vacancy.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
