K. J. Macdonald Ltd is looking to recruit two full-time, permanent, Pharmacists who are happy to work in a busy, fast paced Dispensary and who share our hard-working values and community centred approach. We have an excellent support team comprising of four Dispensers and two Accuracy Checkers who are conscientious and pro-active in all that they do. With us you are guaranteed a varied work load and an opportunity to build strong relationships with customers. There is significant opportunity for further enhancement of pharmaceutical services and being part of further developing the dispensary team.

Essential requirements:

You should lead by example, maintaining professional standards while being approachable and helpful to customers and colleagues alike Have strong communication skills Be proficient in pharmacy computer systems Be able to provide expert clinical advice to customers Have an up-to-date knowledge of current pharmacy services Have an MPharm degree or equivalent and be registered with the GPhC Be eligible to work in the UK Be an Independent Prescriber or be willing to work towards qualification
