Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Cwmllynfell, Swansea.


This community pharmacy is in a small, friendly village commutable from Swansea.


The branch is open 9 - 6 Monday - Friday & 9-12 on a saturday (closes 1 hour for lunch). We are looking for somebody to work 3 days a week, Wed, Thurs & Saturday (19 hours per week)

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 1500 items a week It provides a wide range of services including CAS, Inhaler reviews, DMR, Smoking cessation, contraceptive service. All services offered It provides services to 1 care home It dispenses 23 community blisters.

The branch has a lovely team of 3 part time employee's.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
