We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. This position requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for checking medications, advising on their proper use, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
Duties
Accuracy check prescription medications efficiently while adhering to legal and regulatory requirements. Provide expert advice on medication administration, potential side effects, and interactions. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure patient safety is maintained. Participate in providing advanced services to patients e.g Pharmacy First. Stay updated on the latest developments in pharmacology, including new medications and treatment protocols.
Experience
GPHC registration required Previous experience preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of how to deliver the best patient care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry standards.
