Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing medication management, counselling patients, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Duties



Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy Provide patient care by counselling individuals on the proper use of medications, potential side effects, and interactions Administer medications as required, ensuring adherence to safety protocols Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient interactions Stay informed about new medications, therapies, and best practices in pharmacology Conduct regular reviews of patient medication regimens to identify any necessary adjustments or interventions Educate patients and their families about anatomy knowledge relevant to their treatment plans

Experience



Previous experience in a clinical pharmacy setting is preferred. Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and pharmacology as it pertains to medication administration Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
