Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Irby.


This community pharmacy is commutable from The Wirral and Merseyside and is located in the town centre. It has a good relationship with the 6 local GP surgeries/ health centres.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

It dispenses 9000 items a month, It provides a wide range of all national services. It provides services to 25. substance misuse patients. It dispenses 15 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 8am-6.30pm, Saturday 8am-9pm and Sunday 10am-9pm.



The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of 3 pharmacy assistants and an ACT.


The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

You'll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits


We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.


We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we've put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.
