Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional full-time Pharmacist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for legally and clinically checking private prescriptions for aesthetic products, dispensing these products, and packaging them for delivery via a courier. You will work in a warehouse-style environment, not customer-facing, and be responsible for helping the pharmacy run smoothly. You will support our pharmacists and the team by providing a professional, friendly service and participating in the whole dispensing process.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Legally check prescriptions against registration body portals and company accounts to ensure ethical and legal supply of POMs. Clinically check private prescriptions, label, and maintain the PMR. Accurately dispense and package drugs for courier delivery. Act as the Responsible Pharmacist when required, maintaining the legal register and associated duties. Ensure original scripts are received and retained for records.s Maintain all pharmacy records, including PMR, RP, error and near-miss logs, returns, and destructions. Provide advice to other healthcare professionals as needed. Communicate with and assist PSNI and Department of Health inspectors. Ensure ethical supplies of aesthetic medicines both north and south of the border. Train other pharmacy staff when required. Assist in wider business tasks as needed.
