We are currently looking for an experienced Pharmacy Dispenser or Technician who's interested in utilising their pharmacy experience in an exciting new role as an Account Manager.
This is a full time office based role with some potential for a work from home element. The position will see the incoming manager become an expert in an exciting pharmacy based software system and will train and mentor customers on the uses thereof. You'll be working with customer requirements, aftercare and general enquiries via email and telephone and building rapport and relationships throughout the process.
As this role requires a real understanding of pharmacy processes and real world application, we're looking for someone with a background and experience in the industry, with the ideal candidate having worked or currently working as a Pharmacy Dispenser or Technician and ideally in a retail pharmacy setting.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Pharmacy Dispenser or higher with experience of working in retail pharmacy
- Confident in use of MS Office programs including Excel
- Self motivated and able to identify opportunities
- Excellent problem solving skills and confident speaking with people
