Pharmacy Apprentice Level 2
Job Description
We require a dispensing apprentice to join a small team in a busy healthcare centre pharmacy, working approximately 37.5 - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
As a pharmacy assistant, daily jobs will involve:
Assisting in the labelling and assembly of prescriptions
Assisting in the preparation of monitored dosage systems
Ordering and managing stock
Supporting the pharmacy in the delivery of enhanced services like Flu Vaccination
Advising patients on healthcare needs and OTC medicines
Dealing with customer queries and record keeping
General retail duties
The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have good customer service skills and strive to provide a high level of service at all times. You should be able to work effectively on your own and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: 7.55-8.55 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 - 40 per week
