Job Description
Fantastic opportunity for someone hardworking and eager to learn, to jump-start an exciting career in pharmacy. We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Apprentice. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare field.
Duties to include:
Servicing customers - selling over the counter medicines under supervision
Taking and handing out prescriptions, dispensing prescriptions
Promoting services
Cash handling
Ensuring cleanliness
Using computer systems
Receiving, checking, placing medication
Desired skills
Must be eager to learn, and proactive in their approach
Computer skills useful and able to work as a team
Must have good communication skills which can be developed

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English (Lang or Lit) (Grade C/4) essential GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade C/4) essential
Future prospects
A successful apprenticeship may lead to a full time permanent position
Things to consider
Successful candidate must be available to commute to College for exams and weekly College delivery sessions (1 day a week- term time only)
