Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivational and enthusiastic Pharmacy Assistant Technical Officer to join our friendly pharmacy operational team.
We require an experienced individual with drive, enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and an ability to work under pressure. You should be a team player able to perform effectively within the pharmacy and wider healthcare settings.
In this role you will be involve din supporting the dispensary team with accurate processing and dispensing of medication requests, contributing to the provision of th ebulk medication supplies to wards and departments and ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy dispensary service. As a key member of the pharmacy ream, you will be involved in promoting and reflecting the WECARE trust values with colleagues within the department and across the trust.
Main duties of the job
We would expect applicants to be highly motivated and responsible individuals with a passion for customer service and team work.
In return we can offer support to develop your career within a friendly and supportive team of professionals. For this role you are required to have completed an NVQ QCF Level 2 in Pharmacy services or equivalent and experience in a pharmacy setting.
