Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly and reliable team player who is self-motivated and has a strong interest in the pharmacy sector. Previous experience in a pharmacy is preferred but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate who is keen to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Serve customers at the pharmacy counter in a helpful and professional manner Answer customer queries in person and over the phone Learn about pharmacy products, services, and NHS schemes Help keep the pharmacy clean, organised, and safe Use pharmacy systems to support the team with prescriptions and stock management (training provided) Work well with the team and communicate clearly with customers and healthcare professionals Maintain patient confidentiality at all times Show a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
