Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting pharmacists in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy. Duties:

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional patient care by answering inquiries and offering assistance
- Maintain inventory levels by ordering, receiving, and shelving pharmaceuticals
- Prepare prescription orders and process insurance claims
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and policies
- Handle cash register transactions and manage financial transactions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or similar role
- Certification as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and pharmaceuticals
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on patient care
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Skills:
