Job Description
Duties are varied and may include:
Picking, packing and assembling medicines in stock distribution. Pharmacy stores receiving and processing orders. Manning the reception within the dispensary, speaking to both staff and patients and dealing with queries. Supplying medicines to wards and departments by means of a top-up.Picking intravenous fluids Duties within our sterile preparation suites. Delivery of medication to wards and departments. Replenishing specialist emergency boxes Participate in established Bank Holiday and Weekend Rotas until the introduction of 7 day working when contracted hours will be undertaken over 7 days.
