Job Description

Pharmacy Assistant Blackthorn Pharmacy:

- Dispensing and Labelling prescriptions.

- Confident and competent with computer systems and automation.

- Serving patients over the counter

- Counselling Patients under pharmacist supervision.

- Stock fill ups.

- Dealing with handling and making prescription medication.

- Answering phone calls to take in patient prescription request .

The ideal candidate will have:

- Worked in setting which involved patient care

- Till trained

- Worked in a pharmacy before.

Education and Skills Include :

- NVQ Level dispensary course done or any training in relation to patient care.

- Fluent in English.

- Good maths skills .

- Good organisation skills, able to work under pressure.

- Proactive, team player, friendly

Job Type: Part-time on Rota'd basis

Job Location: Southampton

Start date: ASAP

Required education: Secondary education

Ideally to suit a student who can work flexible hours

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
