A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a

busy, thriving independent pharmacy

located in the heart of Victoria, London. We are looking for a

confident, motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Healthcare Assistant

to become a valued part of our friendly team.

In this role, you'll play an active part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the shop floor while supporting the delivery of excellent patient care. You will help maintain high professional standards, meet regulatory requirements, and provide outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Professional Support

Serve customers and provide informed advice on

medicines, vitamins, skincare, and general health matters

. Receive, process and hand out prescriptions under the supervision of the Responsible Pharmacist. Support the delivery of pharmacy services (e.g.,

blood pressure checks, stop-smoking support, health advice

) following training.

Stock & Merchandising

Check, unpack and accurately put away daily deliveries. Replenish stock throughout the day, ensuring the store is tidy, organised and fully stocked. Maintain clean, attractive product displays and ensure items are rotated to minimise loss due to expiry. Liaise with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and efficient stock ordering.

Operational Duties

Identify tasks proactively and respond effectively to changing priorities. Assist in general housekeeping to keep shop areas clean, safe and welcoming. Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting all areas of pharmacy operations as needed.
