About the Role

We're a fast-growing online pharmacy start-up on a mission to make healthcare simpler, more affordable, and accessible to everyone who needs it.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and train to become a qualified Pharmacy Dispenser. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with dispensing and preparing medications under the supervision of a pharmacist. Help manage stock control, including ordering, unpacking deliveries, and checking expiry dates. Provide excellent customer service, handling patient queries professionally and courteously. Support the team with prescription processing and maintaining accurate records. Keep the pharmacy clean, organised, and compliant with company and GPhC standards. Work collaboratively with pharmacists, and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Take part in training and development to progress towards NVQ Level 2 qualification.
About You:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or retail environment is an advantage but not essential. Organised and eager to learn. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Confident using technology and following processes accurately. Able to work in a fast-paced environment Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
Working requirement: Approximately 20 hours per week, across Monday to Saturday, with the opportunity for full-time hours as the business continues to grow. Flexibility for overtime is required.
