Pharmacy Assistant/dispenser
Job Description
We are an expanding independent community pharmacy advertising a position for a NVQ Level 2 pharmacy dispenser or someone with 2+ years of experience in community pharmacy. We are looking for someone who is friendly, can work well in a team and is eager to learn.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with over the counter queries
- Prescription labelling and dispensing
- Assist with stock controls
- Liaise with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care is satisfied.
- Preparation of compliance aids for community patients and care homes
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From 10.60 per hour depending on experience
COVID-19 considerations:
All employees wear face masks, protective perspex screen in place separating staff and public, social distancing markers in place and one-way flow system in the pharmacy
