Pharmacy Central Dispensing Hub Operator

to support the efficient delivery of medications from our central hub to spoke pharmacies, ensuring safe, timely, and accurate dispensing for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare prescription orders for distribution to spoke sites. Operate within a fast-paced hub environment, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practice (GDP), and pharmacy regulations. Work with automated dispensing systems and manual processes to fulfil prescription orders. Coordinate with pharmacists, dispensers, and delivery teams to ensure safe and timely dispatch of medications. Maintain accurate records of inventory, dispatch logs, and quality control checks. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the hub in line with health and safety standards.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience in a pharmacy, warehouse, or healthcare logistics setting (preferred but not necessary). Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately. Comfortable using technology, including automated dispensing systems and inventory software. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to work in a time-sensitive, accuracy-critical environment.
