Pharmacy Compounder
Job Description
Roseway Labs is a growing pharmacy that works only with private prescribers. We compound (mix) medications for people who require something personalised, perhaps because they are sensitive to ingredients in standard medications or because the medication they need doesn't exist in the way that they need it to.
Compounding is like baking - you have a set of ingredients and a recipe to follow. We use high-quality equipment to ensure that standards are met and the result is effective medication in the form of creams, liquids or capsules.
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and a natural instinct to follow process. Quality is paramount, so anyone who feels comfortable cutting corners need not apply.
There will be much time spent standing, for which the successful candidate needs to be prepared.
You do not need to have any pharmacy or laboratory experience to apply for this role as full training will be provided. However, you must be able to demonstrate that you have thrived in an environment where consistency, cleanliness and quality are valued.
