Ferndown pharmacy is looking for a part time permanent pharmacy counter assistant, We are a community pharmacy who pride ourselves on quick professional service and friendly customer service.
Pharmacy experience not essential as full in-house training given
We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills
You must be warm and friendly and good at communicating face to face and on the phone
You must be able to work in a FAST paced environment and within a team,
........ . We are looking for someone to cover 30 hours per week Monday - Friday 1pm-7pm plus YOU MUST be able to work overtime to cover holiday and sick leave periods (this will be a 8 hour shift with up to 40 hours per week)
(the 1-7 monday - friday shift is compulsory only apply if you are able to cover these hours we are not able to offer any flexibility on this )
The job will involve
Serving customers face to face and on the phone , taking medication orders and assisting with queries, its essential to have computer skills and multi task,
Attention to detail
Selling shop and medical products . Giving advice ( once trained )
Cleaning and keeping shop tidy
You must be willing to learn and take part in course
rate of pay (min wage)
