The Role:

We're seeking a full-time Pharmacy Counter Assistant who:

Enjoys helping people and is comfortable interacting with customers. Takes pride in offering clear, reliable advice on health products and services. Has a keen eye for detail and is committed to accuracy. Can juggle multiple tasks while staying calm and professional. Is available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with their pharmacy needs, offering expert advice on over-the-counter products and services. Efficiently handle prescriptions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing queries and guiding patients on medications, treatments, and services. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe pharmacy counter, following all health and safety regulations. Support the pharmacy team with daily operations such as stock management, reordering, and inventory control. Keep accurate records for all transactions and assist with administrative tasks.

Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a pharmacy or customer service is a plus A desire to learn why things are done Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with patients and team members. Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards. A positive, professional, and friendly attitude - we value team players who are dedicated to customer care. Completion of a counter assistant accredited course Attention to detail and good organisational skills

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
