We are looking for a

Medicine Counter Assistant

to join our modern, independent pharmacy. You'll work alongside a welcoming team of counter assistants, dispensers, and pharmacists, all committed to providing the very best care for our community.

About the Role

Your day will include:

Serving customers at the counter using our EPOS till system Answering phone enquiries with professionalism and warmth Assisting customers with their healthcare needs Supporting the dispensary team when required

About You

Enjoy working in a

busy, high-energy retail environment

Are comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day Have previous experience in a pharmacy or retail environment (preferred but not essential) Are confident using a till and handling transactions Are friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Are motivated to learn and grow within the role

Working Hours

This is a

full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

, in a lively pharmacy where no two days are the same.

Enrollment in a medicine counter course is required within the first three months. The cost of the course will be covered, and time during work hours will be allocated to complete it.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
