: Kinton Pharmacy Great Missenden

Hours

: Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am - 2pm (12 hours per week) and possibility of more hours and covering holidays

Salary

: 12.50 per hour

The Role

:
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Pharmacy Counter Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for many patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience. You'll be working both at the healthcare counter and across the retail floor, providing advice on pharmacy products, over-the-counter medicines, and supporting the wider pharmacy team.
We are looking for someone who is

reliable, honest, trustworthy, and consistent

in their approach to work. This role also involves overtime, holiday cover, and working Saturdays as required.

Key Responsibilities

:

Offering attentive, friendly service to all patients and customers Handling over-the-counter queries and prescriptions Assisting with ordering, checking stock, and product displays Supporting professional pharmacy services and improving counter sales Learning and advising on over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and supplements Providing holiday cover, overtime, and working Saturdays as required

Skills & Requirements

:

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, compassionate nature Enthusiasm for providing great patient care Organised, motivated, and able to work well within a team Reliable, honest, trustworthy, and consistent in approach Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting is an advantage, but not essential - full training will be provided!
