Key Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer service
Advising customers on over the counter medicines and health products within the scope of your role
Assisting the pharmacist with day to day dispensary and retail tasks
Handling transactions accurately and efficiently
Ensuring shelves are well stocked, clean, and compliant with company and regulatory standards
Supporting the wider pharmacy team in providing a safe and effective service
Requirements:
A minimum of
3 years experience
working as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant is essential
Strong knowledge of OTC medicines and pharmacy counter procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy environment
GPhC accredited Medicines Counter Assistant (MCA) course qualification
