The Role

We are looking for a motivated

Pharmacy Customer Service Assistant / Trainee Pharmacy Dispenser

to join our team. This is a busy, varied role where no two days are the same. You will be supporting customers, handling prescriptions, and ensuring the pharmacy runs smoothly.

In our fast-paced environment, speed, accuracy, and initiative are essential - but just as important is the ability to remain calm, professional, and friendly with every customer. This role would suit someone who enjoys being kept busy, is quick to learn, and wants to grow a career in pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism Support in the safe and accurate dispensing of prescriptions (training provided if needed) Advise on over-the-counter medicines and healthcare products Assist with stock control, merchandising, and keeping the pharmacy presentable Work quickly and efficiently under pressure, while maintaining high standards of care Use initiative to prioritise tasks and support colleagues in a team-focused environment

What We're Looking For

A positive, can-do attitude and genuine passion for helping people Ability to work confidently in a busy, fast-moving environment Friendly, approachable, and a strong communicator Reliable, organised, and eager to learn new skills Previous pharmacy or retail experience is a bonus, but

not essential

- full training will be provided
