Part-Time Delivery Driver Wanted - Blackpool Express Chemist

Blackpool Express Chemist is looking for a reliable and professional Part-Time Delivery Driver to join our team.

Hours: 2pm - 6pm (4 hours per day)

Pay: 12.30 per hour + full mileage allowance (all delivery costs covered)

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of prescriptions to patients' homes. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate your own vehicle while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations Deliver prescriptions with care, professionalism, and confidentiality Navigate efficiently to various delivery locations to ensure timely service Maintain accurate records of deliveries and report any issues encountered Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery times or changes Represent the pharmacy with a friendly, polite, and professional manner
Experience & Requirements:

Must have own vehicle (essential) - mileage fully covered by the pharmacy Previous delivery experience preferred, ideally with good knowledge of local routes Full UK driving licence required Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Strong communication skills for dealing with customers and team members Trustworthy and able to maintain patient confidentiality
